How long are you closed for?
Unfortunately, the current national recommendation on social distancing has been extended until April 30th. Based on different markets and subject to local municipality mandates, we expect to be opening back up around this time. We look forward to seeing you once we re-open. In the meantime, we will be posting salon updates via our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Are you going to reopen?
Absolutely! We are just as anxious to get open as all of you are! We took all precautions while we were open and boy have we been cleaning! We continue to clean and disinfect the salon during our downtime and will have the salon looking shiny and new for our re-opening!
Will I be billed during your closure?
As of April 15th, all membership accounts have been frozen. This is automatic and requires no action on your part. Please be assured that all memberships will receive a credit on any amounts billed or unused during this mandatory closure. Further, all passes will be extended for an amount equal to the time period we were closed. Rest assured, everyone will be made whole. Once we have reopened, we will be able to address any potential billing adjustments.
Is my membership frozen? Can I freeze my membership?
All memberships are currently frozen. This is automatic and will not require any action on your part. Please be assured that your membership will be extended or credited for the same period that our clubs are currently closed. Once we have reopened, we will be able to address any potential billing adjustments.
Can I cancel my membership?
As the salon is currently closed, we are unable to process membership cancellations at this time. That being said, please be assured that your membership is frozen and will be extended or credited for the same period that our salons are currently closed. Once we have reopened, we will provide further updates on any potential billing or date adjustments.
What about my lotions?
Don’t worry, we will hold onto all of your lotion bottles! During the closure we will be deep cleaning our lotion bins to help keep them clean and organized.
